Important Information for all Coaches and Managers Participating in State Cup

As per Region IV Tournament and UYSA State Cup Tournament rules for Quarter Final, Semi Final, and Championship games, each team is allowed up to 4 (four) administrators on the team roster and bench. Administrators are defined as coaches, assistant coaches, trainers, and managers; those who will be allowed on the sideline with the team. ONLY these people (up to 4) will be allowed on the team sideline during quarter final, semi final and championship matches of the State Cup Tournament. The following procedure explains the process of designating administrators for State Cup Rosters:

To designate the people your team selects to be on your sideline, go to the online management system and log into your "My Account" page. The bottom section labeled "Tournament Applications / Game Scoring" is where you will start. Click on the "EDIT" at the end of your team that is labeled as entered into Spring 2005 State Cup. (see screen shot below)

This will open your application to play in state cup. Select the upper menu item labeled "CONTACTS". . (see screen shot below)

Note, any personal information on the coaches and managers has been blanked out, but your teams information will show up as it should.
