US YOUTH SOCCER & REAL SALT LAKE SPONSOR UYSA "PARENTS PLAY KIDS DAY"

It's easy to watch from the sidelines but how many parents have been out on the field in the heat of a game? The "Parents Play Kids Day" is a fabulous opportunity for parents to enjoy playing soccer with their children, while at the same time getting an appreciation for being the one on the field.

The first part of the day is a special US Youth Soccer sponsored clinic for UYSA players and their families where instead of just the kids playing soccer, the parents are playing too! The session will give players and their team parents an opportunity to try their skills against each other in a fun learning environment!

For the second part of the day, it's game time. Kids will take on their parents in small-sided games for the very important title of family soccer champion. But that's not all! To help celebrate the spirit of the game, special guest players from Real Salt Lake will be there to share their skills and wisdom with UYSA families. You won't want to miss this family fun day!

The "Parents Play Kids Day" is taking place at Lone Peak Park in Sandy, from 1-3PM on Labor Day, Monday, September 5. Anyone can attend, whether you're the only family from your team going or an entire team comes together. All you have to do is bring a soccer ball, water, and come in soccer attire. So it is up to you to organize your parents and kids for the event, we just provide the clinic and the special RSL guests!
