Leisa Vineyard Elected As Association's New President
Presidential Election Highlights Association's 2005 AGM

On February 5, 2005, Leisa Vineyard assumed the presidency of the Utah Youth Soccer Association. Vineyard, the sitting chairperson of District 2 and a former vice-president, was elected by acclamation during the business meeting of the Association's Annual General Meeting. Former president Paul C. Burke chose not to seek re-election.

Two other officers were returned to office and rewarded with two-year terms of office. In a remarkable feat, Boys Competition Director David Malchenson won his third election within a two year span, having previously won interim elections to complete an unexpired term. Treasurer Rick Henage was also returned to office for two more years. Both Malchenson and Henage were elected by acclamation.
