Mike Hall Returns to Board of Directors
Second Tenure for District 5 Chairman

At its annual general meeting on January 19, 2005, District 5 turned to a veteran leader, electing Mike Hall to serve as District Chairman. Hall succeeds Michael Tate, who was removed from office by the UYSA Board of Directors in October for violating the Association's conflict of interest policies.

Hall served a previous term as chairman of District 5, and he has also served the state association in a variety of capacities. UYSA President Paul C. Burke welcomed Hall's return to the Board of Directors. "District 5 will be well represented by Mike Hall," said Burke. "And the Utah Youth Soccer Association is fortunate to have his service. I look forward to working with Mike to service our game."
