Sympathy Extended to Family and Friends of Brady Jensen

Brady Jensen #3, 13 years old, of the UC Strikers 92 Red team (U-14 D1) contracted spinal meningitis last week and was hospitalized at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center and subsequently transferred to Primary Children's ICU where he fought an uphill battle for a week.

Brady passed away this morning at 11:00 am and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. He was an amazing starting player in the center midfield but he was an even more amazing person on and off the field; a true example of integrity, team spirit, and sportsmanship.

Brady has two brothers, Jacob and Justin who both play for the UC Strikers 94 team (U-12 D1). He has a sister Stephanie and parents Kib & Lisa who are the model of supportive spectators at all their kids games and of participation in soccer overall.
