State Cup Reminder
Have You Registered and Paid Yet?

This is a reminder that State Cup registration, entry fee, and bond are due April 17. Please take a moment to make sure that your team has registered and paid, according to the guidelines below, by April 17, or you will not be eligible to play. Any questions should be directed to the State Cup Director, Jodene Smith at jodenesmith@earthlink.net.

Tournament Fee:
$550.00 per team (increase due to referee fees)
Certified Funds Only: Cashiers Check, Money Order, Credit Card

Tournament Bond:
$500.00 per team, personal or team check

Registration:
Present to Monday, April 17th

Roster Freeze:
May 1st @ 5:00 pm

Mandatory Coaches Meeting:
Friday, May 5th (time/place TBA)

Please note for the mandatory coaches meeting:

• You must be listed on the roster as a coach or assistant coach for the team that you are representing.
• No Director of Coaching to represent more than one team.
• One coach or team manager must attend for each team.
• Failure to show or have a representative for each team will result in the removal of your team from State Cup without a refund of your tournament fee.
