Submissions For Bylaw Changes Due December 20

The UYSA rule change submission deadline is December 20, at 5PM. As per UYSA bylaw 1:09:01: "Any proposal to amend the Constitution, Bylaws and Rules of this Association may be made by any State Council member, by the Board of Directors, or by a properly constituted committee of this Association. Changes must be submitted in writing to the State Office in care of the Chairperson of the Rules and Revisions Committee not later than forty-five (45) days prior to the Annual General Meeting."
