New Tryout and Camp Information Forms Introduced

Tryout and camp season is around the corner and UYSA would like to introduce a new form that will make it easy for your team to submit your invite information to be posted on the UYSA site! Once you fill out the form(s), you can e-mail or mail them in (instructions are on the form.)

You can access these forms by going to the forms page and clicking on "Tryout Information Form" or "Summer Camp Form".

Please note that it is important that you do not just send the flyer for your tryout or camp. All information to be posted on the UYSA website will only be accepted via this form and in this format.

This form was created to save us time and resources so we appreciate your cooperation. Please allow up to two weeks to process all requests. All future tryout and camp information can be found on www.utahyouthsoccer.net.
