ADG Announces New UYSA Customer Service Line

Affinity Sports, host of our Online Management System, is launching a new UYSA specific customer service support line. The number is 888-211-3444.

Sue Hinckle, Director of Member Services for Affinity Sports, said, "In our effort to provide the highest standard of customer support Affinity Soccer has established a dedicated 800 number for each of our clients. This will assist our Customer Service department in tracking incoming calls and we will now have the ability to track technical calls and customer related calls."

The new number has been posted to the Utah site [888 - 211-3444] and appears in the left margin of the log in screen. Incoming callers will hear a recording and they will be requested to select [ 1 ] for technical support and [ 2 ] for all other request. Our main 800 number will remain active and will continue to direct calls to a Customer Support Representative but has been removed from the Utah site.
