ODP Tryouts Kick-Off Saturday, October 28th
Hyrum and St. George Host First ODP Event

State Technical Director Greg Maas and ODP Administrator Judy Martin announce the start to the 2006-07 ODP season with tryouts held in the Hyrum and St. George this Saturday, October 28th. Additional tryouts will be held on Saturday's, November 4th, 11th, and 18th across the Wasatch Front. The complete ODP tryout schedule is posted on this site.

Soccer players born between 1990-1994 are eligible for this year's ODP program. The tryouts in Hyrum will be held at the Hyrum Soccer Complex on Saturday, October 28th in Hyrum, Utah; the tryouts in St. George will be conducted at Sandstone Elementary in St. George. Tryouts in Hyrum will be held from 9:00 to Noon for the boys and 1:00 to 4:00 PM for the girls. Tryouts in St. George will be held from 3:00 to 6:00 PM for both the boys and girls.

Utah Youth Soccer's Olympic Development Program is part of a national program that identifies and develops talented, committed youth soccer players to represent their state, region, and national team programs. Last year, Utah achieved unprecedented success setting an all-time record with 32 young Utahns advancing to represent the state in region and national team pools.
