In celebration of Youth Soccer Month, UYSA is sponsoring a Youth Essay Contest. This contest is open to all Utah Youth Soccer Association members. The winners will received great prizes from Utah Youth Soccer and Real Salt Lake.

Age Divisions

12 and under - Two (2) first place winners will be chosen to be part of the Dream Team at a Real Salt Lake game, and two (2) second place winners will receive a tee shirt. 13 to 18- Two (2) first place winners will be chosen to be ball boys at a Real Salt Lake game, and two (2) second place winners will receive a tee shirt.

Guidelines

• Essays should be 1,000 words or less.
• Essays will be judged on spelling, punctuation, and content.
• Essays must be typed. All divisions can get help with typing, but must write and edit the essay themselves.
• Each essay should have a cover sheet stating the contestant's name, address, phone number; the title of their essay; and the age division in which they will be competing.
• All entries are the property of Utah Youth Soccer Association and will not be returned. Winning essays may be used for promotional purposes.
