All teams MUST submit their application & fees to the State Office by Saturday March 31, 2007 at 5:00 PM. Cashier's Check or Money Order ONLY--Personal Checks will not be accepted.

Entry Fee: $550
Bond Fee: $500
*Please note: Both the tournament entry fee and bond check will be cashed. Teams will be issued a refund check for the bond amount at the end of the State Cup tournament less any deductions for failure to follow State Cup rules.
