State Technical Director Greg Maas and ODP Administrator Judy Martin announced that tryouts for the 2007-08 ODP season will be held in Sandy this coming Saturday, November 10th. The final ODP tryout will be held November 17th in Orem. "Our ODP staff continues to be amazed at the record turnout of players and, more importantly, the quality of each year player gets better and better each year - which is a true credit to all of our coaches around the state," Maas said.

Soccer players born between 1991-95 are eligible for this year's ODP program. Tryouts for the boys will be held from 9:00 to Noon, and the girls will be from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. This week's tryouts will be held this Saturday, November 10th at Crescent MS and ES located at 11150 South 300 East in Sandy. The complete ODP tryout schedule is posted on this site.

Utah Youth Soccer's Olympic Development Program is part of a national program that identifies and develops talented, committed youth soccer players to represent their state, region, and national team programs. Last year, Utah achieved unprecedented success with 34 young Utahns advancing to represent the state in region and national team pools.
