Bill Riley to be Keynote Speaker at 2008 Awards Ceremony

Utah Youth Soccer Association invites you to attend the Soccerfest Awards ceremony at 3:00 on Saturday March 1, 2008. Bill Riley will be the keynote speaker at the Awards ceremony held in conclusion to the Utah Youth Soccer Association Annual General Meeting & Soccerfest festivities.

Bill Riley received his Bachelor of Science in Broadcast News from the University of Kansas and has hosted television and radio shows in across the country. Bill currently serves the Salt Lake and Wasatch front area, as the Sports Host Afternoon Drive/Program Director of Sports Radio 700 “The Zone”. He is the play-by-play voice of Real Salt Lake on the Fox Sports Rocky Mountain Network as well as the television play-by-play for Football, Men’s Basketball, and Soccer on Altitude and The Mountain television networks.

Riley is a two-time (1996 and 1997) winner of Associated Press award for Best Sports in Florida, as well as the Jacksonville Magazine award for Best Radio Sports Host (1999). In addition to these awards he is the 1997 Associated Press award winner for Best individual Performance.

Utah Youth Soccer Association is excited to have Bill Riley in attendance and is looking forward to his remarks and thoughts as the keynote speaker at the Awards ceremony on March 1, 2008.
