Nominations for Coach of the Year (girls and boys), Parent of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Young Referee of the Year award, and Administrator of the Year must be in by January 15, 2008. All applicants should exemplify the following characteristics: Dedication / Service to the game, longevity in the program, sportsmanship as exemplified by the coach with regards and his/her team, success within the program (not a record of wins and losses), and support to each individual team.

In addition to these nominations all rule change submissions and requests for committee chair, district, league, and affiliated clubs need to be submitted by the same date of January 15, 2008. These programs have been initiated to recognize top coaches, parents, volunteers, and administrators throughout the Utah and the United States for girls and boys programs at the state, regional and national levels.
