Online Team Management System Unveiled
New Services Available for Coaches and Team Managers
Please Activate Your Account Today!

The Utah Youth Soccer Association is pleased to announce that coaches and team managers may now access the Association's new online team management system. This system will become a central part of the Association's membership services. Today you may use the system to print out a team roster and to confirm the accuracy of registration information. In coming weeks, you will be able to use the system to send e-mails to your players' parents. You will also use the system to enter scores from league games, to enter tournaments sanctioned by the Association, to submit requests to transfer or add players to your team, to request and approve requests for guest players, and to obtain travel papers for your team.

Because this management system will replace so many forms and will perform so many administrative functions, it is essential for coaches and team managers to activate their accounts in the system. To activate your account, follow the following steps:

1. Enter the Online Management System either by clicking here, by selecting the "Member Logon" choice on the main menu of this website, or by clicking on the icon appearing in the banner of this website.

2. Click "Activate Account" under "User Login" on the left-hand column on the entry page to the "Registration and Team Management System."

3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Driver's License Number, and Administrator Number. Your Administrator Number appears on your membership pass; it is the final six digits of the I.D. # on your pass.

4. Follow the directions to select your user and a new password.

5. Sign off by clicking on "Sign Out Here."

6. Log back into the system by repeating step 1.

7. Enter your user name and password.

8. A page titled "Your Account" should appear that shows the teams with which you are affiliated.

To print out a current roster of your team, take the following steps:

1. Login the system.

2. When the "My Account" page appears, click "Edit" for the team whose roster you wish to print.

3. Check the spelling of each player's name. If you notice any errors, please notify your district registrar. Click [here] for a listing of district registrars.

4. Click "Print Roster" if the roster is correct.

Once you have entered the system, please check the accuracy of your information by clicking "Edit" under the "My Info" section. You should also check the accuracy of the information entered for each of the players on your team. After clicking "Edit" next to your team, a roster will appear. Click on each player's name and check to see if the information if accurate. You will be able to edit many of the fields, but others can only be updated by a district registrar.
