Roy Funds Development of Three Fields

Roy City has approved funding for the first phase of development at Southwest Park. Roy has appropriated $48,000 for the grading and development of three fields at the park. The park is located at 5800 South 4300 West.

UYSA President Paul C. Burke praised Roy's commitment to building these fields. "We are thrilled with this news," Burke said. "Our soccer community suffers from an acute shortage of quality fields. Roy City deserves credit for developing these new fields, which will serve Roy's children and improve the quality of life in that community."
