Annual General Meeting Dates Announced

Executive Director K. Scott Harward today announced that Utah Youth Soccer Association's Annual General Meeting will be held on January 30 - 31, 2004. The AGM and Annual Awards Banquet will take place in the Red Lion Hotel, in downtown Salt Lake City, with the Awards Banquet scheduled for the evening of Friday, January 30th, and the General Business Meeting & Workshops scheduled for the following day. Invitations, registration forms and additional information will be available in the near future on this website.

According to Utah Youth Soccer Association Bylaw 1:09, all proposals to amend the Constitution or Bylaws of the Association must be submitted to the State Office no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the AGM (that would be on the 16th of December, 2003), and in turn, submitted proposals will then be circulated to the State Council no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the AGM. Bylaw Change Proposal Forms have been mailed to all State Council members. For further questions, please call the State Office at (801)268-3365.
