ODP Region IV Camp Update

The first week of ODP Region IV Camp just finished for both the ‘90 boys, and the ‘90 girl’s camp comes to a close on Friday, July 2nd.

The 90 boys finished camp 3-1-1 with wins over New Mexico, Alaska and Montana, tied Colorado, and lost their last game to Oregon. To date, the girls were 2-0-1 with wins over New Mexico and Hawaii, and tied Colorado 2-2 allowing an unfortunate goal by Colorado with 30 seconds remaining in the match to even the score.

The boys undoubtedly set the pace with an unprecedented four players being selected to the ODP Region IV Pool: Michael Knight, Jacob Hustedt, Gaby Okito and Clay Broadbent. The ODP Region IV Pool selections for the girls will be announced on Friday.

Building on last year’s performance, this is a tremendous start for Utah and this year's ODP campaign. Congratulations to the players, coaches, and administrative staff for a job well done!

The 89 teams arrived to their respective camps on Friday and Saturday. We wish them success in their play.
