UYSA e-Travel Now Online!

The Utah Youth Soccer Association is delighted to announce the UYSA E-Travel system. UYSA members can now get instantly approved travel papers!

Two different authorization forms are available: (1) Permission to Travel and (2) Guest Player Roster. To obtain permission to travel to any event affiliated with US Youth Soccer or any open tournament sponsored by a US Soccer affiliate, the coach or manager of a UYSA-registered team need only complete these forms online. After the user clicks "submit," the system generates an approval form that includes UYSA's official mark. This form should be printed out by the team official, signed by the team official to accept the terms of its issuance, and then presented to the tournament or event organizer.
