June 27, 2004 Competition Directors Announce Alignment Meetings Girls Competition Director Debbie Haycock and Boys Competition Director David Malchenson have announced dates for the Alignment Meetings for the Fall 2004 season. The Boys Alignment meeting will be held Monday, July 26th, 2004 at 7:30 PM. The Girls Alignment meeting will be held Friday, July 30th, 2004 at 7:00 PM. Both meetings will be held at the Utah Youth Soccer Association Office, 4476 S. Century Drive, Suite D, Salt Lake City. Teams in the State Competition League must submit a Pre-Alignment Team Information form to provide the State Competition Committees with accurate information for the alignment process. In accordance with a policy passed by the State Competition Committees and ratified by the Board of Directors, the Pre-Alignment form is a mandatory element of the registration process. The Pre-Alignment Information form can be downloaded here or obtained by contacting the Utah Youth Soccer Association office at (801) 268-3365. The Pre-Alignment Information form must be submitted to State or District Competition Directors by Thursday, July 15, 2004. Coaches with alignment concerns and input should contact the Competition Director from their district prior to the alignment meeting.
