New Treasurer Sought for Association
Volunteer Needed for Vital Post

With the resignation of Tom Borrowman, the Treasurer's position is now vacant. President Paul C. Burke requests your assistance in identifying a suitable candidate for this position on the Board of Directors of the Utah Youth Soccer Association.

"There are few more vital positions in the Association than Treasurer," said President Paul C. Burke. "We need help from our membership to find the right person for this key job."

The vacancy will be filled in accordance with procedures set by the Association's bylaws. Burke plans to appoint a new Treasurer as soon as practical; this appointment will be subject to ratification by the Board of Directors at its next meeting. A Special Council meeting will then be held within 120 days of Borrowman's resignation to elect a replacement for the remainder of Borrowman's term, which is scheduled to expire during the first quarter of 2005.
