UYSA Board Approves Code Of Coaching Ethics

The Utah Youth Soccer Association has adopted a new Code of Coaching Ethics. Beginning with registration this spring, coaches in the Utah Youth Soccer Association will be required to sign and abide by the terms of this code of conduct. The Code of Coaching Ethics was developed by a special committee chaired by Director of Development Bruce Cuppett. Other members of this committee included Technical Director Greg Maas, Girls Competition Director Debbie Haycock, former Boys Competition Director Ken Snoy, and Rules & Revisions Chairperson Linda Kay Messenger. The Code of Coaching Ethics was then adopted by vote of the Board of Directors at its April 2003 meeting.
