Clarification of U-11 and U-12 Rules for State Competition League
No Changes Planned for 2004-05 or Beyond

Contrary to some rumors circulating in the soccer community, the format for the U-11 and U-12 divisions in the State Competition League remains 11 versus 11. There are no plans to convert these divisions to a small-sided format. Teams planning to enter the U-11 or U-12 divisions of the State Competition League for the 2004-05 playing season should expect 11 v 11 competition. Such teams may roster up to 18 players.
