ODP Tryouts Kick Off Saturday
Cache Valley and Southern Utah Host First ODP Event

Technical Director Greg Maas and ODP Administrator Judy Martin announce the start to the 2004-05 ODP season with tryouts held in the Cache Valley and Southern Utah this coming Saturday, October 30th. Additional tryouts will be held November 6th, 13th, and 20th across the Wasatch Front. The complete ODP tryout schedule will be posted on this site.

Soccer players born between 1988-92 are eligible for this year's ODP program. Tryouts for the boys will be from 9:00 to Noon and the girls will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. The tryouts in Cache Valley will be held on Saturday, October 30th in Hyrum, Utah; the tryouts in Southern Utah will be conducted at Bloomington Hills Elementary in St. George.

Utah Youth Soccer's Olympic Development Program is part of a national program that identifies and develops talented, committed youth soccer players to represent their state, region, and national team programs. Last year, Utah achieved unprecedented success with 24 young Utahns advancing to represent the state in region and national team pools.
