Leisa Vineyard Resigns as Programs Director

Executive Director Scott Harward announced today that Programs Director Leisa Vineyard resigned effective September 19, 2003. Vineyard was employed by the Utah Youth Soccer Association as the Programs Director during the past nine months and previously served the Association in various volunteer capacities for many years. Vineyard served two years as the Vice President of the Association before stepping down to apply for the Programs Director position.

"I really hate to see Leisa go," Harward said. "Leisa has been vital to the operations of the state office, especially during a time of reorganization within the office itself. Her experience, knowledge, and willingness to serve will be sorely missed."

President Paul C. Burke thanked Vineyard for her hard work and dedication to the Association and the young people it serves. "Leisa Vineyard leaves a legacy of accomplishment from her short tenure as Programs Director," Burke said. "In addition to administering numerous programs, she deserves much credit supervising the development of a radio advertising campaign and the E-Travel system. She will be missed in the State Office."
