Feedback Form Now Available for State Competition League

A new feature has been included on the "Enter Scores" page to allow any Utah Youth Soccer Association member to submit reports of concern. The Utah Youth Soccer Association encourages its members to submit reports describing any situation that, in the member's view, needs attention. Whether the concern relates to a field safety, misconduct, referee performance, or any other issue, the Utah Youth Soccer needs to receive feedback from its members. Reports will be forwarded as appropriate for review and potential action.
