USSF D License
USSF D License Dates
USSF has changed the curriculum and requirements to the "D" License. The "D" License is now held in two phases: Week I and Week II. If you are unable to attend the scheduled Week II in your area, you can attend a Week II at another time and location. Failure to complete Week I and Week II within a year will result in having your "D" License 'Pending' removed, and you will need to retake the entire course. Prerequisites - Candidates must be 18 years old and hold an ‘E’ Certificate for a minimum of 6 months
