Most Memorable Soccer Experience: Tough one - being in the stands when the US Women's National team won the 1999 Women's World Cup, USU's first win after I took over coaching duties, and the first time I took the field as a starter in Canisius uniform.
Coaching Philosophy: Coaching is about developing the individual player, but also about developing a team identity and cohesiveness - the two go hand in hand.
