Playing Experience: Played competitive soccer as a youth, Sky View High School, USU Women's Club, played on various men's outdoor and indoor teams. I Referee-that is definitely an experience all its own!

Favorite Soccer Teams: USA --both men and women. (Although I am disappointed in how the men played at the World Cup). Any team I am coaching. I really just enjoy watching good soccer no matter who is playing.

Favorite Soccer Players: Professionally: Michelle Akers, Zinedine Zidane Amateurs: Colten Hoth, Jaden Hoth & Chelise Dever (my kids)

Most Memorable Soccer Experiences: Being on the first High School Girls Club team and taking first place at state that same year; tearing my anterior cruciate ligament during the USU vs. Utah womens soccer match. With the boys teams-- winning a shootout that went through at least 50 shots; traveling to tournaments as a team; winning and losing some great games; developing teams of boys over the last 10 years that play and compete at the State Premier level; being honored with a surprise party from players and their families who paid a really memorable tribute to me as a coach; having the opportunity to be trained by Greg Ryan at the C license course. The experiences I have with the awesome players and coaches I train with.

Coaching Philosophy: Teach players to have a purpose behind everything they do on the field ….whether it's making a pass, making a run, marking a player, etc. Too many players get caught just "kicking" the ball …anyone can do that! Anticipate! Teach players to focus on what they are doing when they DON'T have the ball at their feet.
