The moment was no fun, but I will never forget because it reminded me why you play the game; for the love, not the win. I will never forget those players and never forget the feeling. I love the game more because of that experience. Coaching Philosophy: The best coaches are the committed coaches; committed coaches are positive role models to their players. Committed coaches never stop studying and learning the game. Committed coaches have the best interest of each player in mind, regardless of what team the player is on. Committed coaches are more interested in developing the skills to be successful on the field and in life and worry less about the wins and losses. A committed coach understands that it is not about the coach, it is about each player. A committed coach recognizes match play as another opportunity for the players to develop and sits generally quiet, allowing the players to perform, recognizing the players/teams weaknesses and then showing up to the next training session with a topic that will correct the players/teams mistake. The game is the best teacher.
