Coaching Philosophy: I believe that anything is possible and that if there is a will there is a way to achieve the highest level possible. I also believe that there is a time to play hard, but also a time to have fun. I do not believe in superstars - the team is a team of individuals with special talents. I was this come to past during Fall State Cup. Without each of the players on my team, we would not have ever achieved the goal that we set out to do, and that's win State Cup. Everyone on the team makes a difference, and when they forget this, we do not reach our goals.
