Coach: John Toomey

Current Team: Since becoming ill three (3) years ago, I have been unable to coach a team - I guess my current team is my family and friends, and of course, supporting my daughter's Celtic Storm team.

Coaching Experience: I hold a USSF C License, and have been coaching youth recreation and competition soccer players and teams for 25 years.

Playing Experience: I started early, and played recreation, competition, high school, and for the University of Montana's men's soccer teams.

Favorite Soccer Teams: U.S. Men's and Women's National teams, and Arsenal

Favorite Soccer Player: Shepp Messing and Franz Beckenbauer

Most Memorable Soccer Experience(s): Playing with my college soccer team in Trinidad and Tobago; playing soccer with my son, Erich, and my daughter, Alyssa - and Alyssa earning a soccer scholarship to the University of Utah.

Coaching Philosophy: I just wanted to teach the kids the game of soccer and the way it should be played, with passion and respect.

Favorite Food: Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Special Interests: Watching and playing all sports, and spending time at our cabin on Flathead Lake in Montana.
