Activating an ADG Account

1. Enter the Online Management System either by clicking here or by clicking the MEMBER LOGON on the upper right side of the website.

2. Click "Activate Account" on the left side of the screen.

3. Enter your First and Last Name, Driver's License Number, and Administrator Number. Your Administrator Number appears on your membership pass.

4. Follow the directions to select your username and password.

5. Sign off by clicking on "Sign Out Here" on the left side of the screen.

6. Log back into the system by entering your username and password.

7. You will be brought to a screen titled "My Account" which will show all the teams with which you are affiliated.

Score Reporting Instructions

The following are instructions for entering game scores in the online management system. Each team's coach, assistant coach, or team manager will be responsible for entering game scores. NOTE: Before you attempt to enter any scores, be sure to disable any active pop-up suppression programs you may have on your computer.

1. Go to www.utahyouthsoccer.net. Click on the words MEMBER LOGON in the upper right corner. This will open a new window for the online management system. This window will NOT appear if there is an active pop-up blocker being used.

2. Login to the system by entering your username and password.

3. Click on SCHEDULES /GAME SCORING next to your team name in the Tournament Applications section (located at the bottom of the page). *If you have multiple teams listed, be sure to choose the correct team within the correct gaming league or tournament.

4. Once your schedule appears, scroll down through your schedule to find the game number that you want to enter a score for. Click on the empty score box next to your team's name. This will open a Game Stats Update window. Be sure to enter both teams' scores and game information. Make sure you enter this information correctly the first time as it can only be entered once.

5. To enter player goals, cautions and ejections on the Game Stats Update window: a. Choose the players name from the "Select Admin/Player" drop down box. Select goal, caution, or ejection from the "Card Type" drop down box (If caution or ejection, you must enter the reason in the "Reason" drop down box). Then press the "Add" button.

6. BE SURE to press the SAVE button at the bottom of the Game Stats Update window.

Instructions for Printing Team Schedules

1. Login to the online management system. (See above for instructions, Steps 1 and 2)

2. Click on SCHEDULES /GAME SCORING next to your team name in the Tournament Applications section (located at the bottom of the page). *If you have multiple teams listed, be sure to choose the correct team within the correct gaming league or tournament*

3. Click on the Print Schedule button at the top of the page.

Finding Contact Information for Coaches Within Your Division

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 from the Instructions for Printing Team Schedules (above).

2. Scroll down through your schedule and find the team's name that you need information for (the box will highlight with blue when you run your mouse over it).

3. Click on the other team's name. A page will come up that will give you all of the contact information for every administrator listed for that team.

Important Notes Concerning Online Scoring

1. If there is a red "C" entered as a score for one of your games: The "C" means that this game score is "contested," meaning the two teams entered different scores and/or game information. What will happen: The state office will contact both teams and the referee to figure out the correct score and will put the correct score onto the website.

2. If your team's score is in red: A player/coach on your team received a red card during this game.

3. If a score box is outlined in red: This indicates a forfeited game. The team who forfeited the game will have a red outline around their score box.

Printing a Team Roster

1. Login to the Online Management (ADG) website.

2. When your "My Account" page appears, click the EDIT link next to the team for which you need a roster.

3. Check each player's information for errors. If you notice any errors, please notify your District Registrar. Click here for a list of current District Registrars.

4. Click the "Print Roster" button if the roster is correct. A crystal reports viewer screen will appear with your roster. If it is correct, click the third circle from the left (looks like a printer) and it will download the report to Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf). Print the roster from the Adobe Reader page.

Printing a Game Day Roster

1. Login to your Online Management System Account (ADG).

2. Click on the "Schedules/Game Scoring" link in the Tournament Applications/Game Scoring section at the bottom of the screen.

3. Scroll down the page until you come to your current game. Click the "Print Roster" button next to the game number. Be sure to print 3 copies (1 for referee, 1 for opposing team, and 1 for your team records).

Updating Team Information

After printing your team's roster, you may update the addresses, phone numbers, and other information of your players by following these steps:

1. Login to the Online Management System (ADG).

2. When your "My Account" page appears, click the EDIT link next to the team for which you need a roster.

3. Click on the player's name whose information you wish to edit. An information window should open.

4. On the purple tabs across the top of the page, choose the tab for the information you wish to edit. ***DO NOT enter any information into the username or password boxes at the bottom of any persons account!***

5. Be sure to click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen after you make any changes.

Please remember the UYSA rules prohibit the intentional submission of false information. You should also be aware that the system tracks all edits of information in this system, so it is possible to ascertain who entered what information into the system.

Entering Jersey Numbers, Positions, and Grad Years (Within Team Account)

1. Login the system.

2. When the "My Account" page appears, click the EDIT link for the team whose roster you wish to update.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the roster page and click the "Edit Player/Team Info" button.

4. At this screen you will be able to edit the player's home and away jersey numbers, position, and graduation year.

5. Be sure to click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the screen.

Checking Which Tournaments Team's are Entered Into

1. Login the system

2. When the "My Account" page appears, click the EDIT link for the team whose information you wish to see.

3. Select the "Tournament" tab towards the top of the screen.

4. All the league play and tournaments your team is entered into will be listed.

5. It also will show if payments have been made for State Cup

Developmental Pass Online Management System Instructions

1. Login to your online management system account.

2. Click "Edit" next to your team name in the Tournament Applications/Game Scoring section.

3. At the top of the screen, click the words "Player Roster">

4. Click "Assign" next to the player's name that you want to set as a developmental player. This will take you to the Developmental Player Assignment page.

5. Once at the Developmental Player Assignment page, select the team that the player will be assigned to in the "Team" drop-down menu.

6. Pause for a moment and let the page refresh. Then choose the game # from the drop-down menu that the player will be participating in.

7. Click "Save".

8. Once you click the save button, the player will show up on the receiving team's game day roster that the receiving coach will print 3 copies of (1 for referee, 1 for opposing coach, 1 for self). The assigned players will have (dev) beside their name.

22-Player Roster Instructions (U17-U19 Teams Only)

1. Login to your Online Management System Account (ADG).

2. Click "Edit" next to your team name in the Tournament Applications/Game Scoring section at the bottom of the screen.

3. Click the words "Player Roster" at the top of the screen.

4. On this screen, you will see your player roster and to the right there will be a column titled "Active?" with checked boxes below it. This is where you can select which players you want to be currently active; uncheck any player that you do not want to be currently active.

5. Once finished activating/deactivating players, make sure you press the "Set Active Players" button at the bottom of the screen. All the players who are checked will appear on your game day roster.
