Risk Management -- Presentations
Risk Management is a job that never ends. It is Disclosure Forms and Background Checks – making every effort to provide a safe environment for every player. Education is our most important tool and this page will link you to power point presentations with scripts and hand-outs you can use.

Weather Safety
HANDOUT
This was prepared by Oregon Soccer and in some places reflects their policies - but it's got lots of good information on being safe in any kind of weather. Please note, a lightning detection system is more reliable that the "sound" method and I know many tournaments, clubs, leagues, city parks, etc. are using them. If you don't have a detection system, and use the "flash-bang" formula always err on the side of being more cautious - storms can move rapidly.
