The State Cup tournament is Utah's part of the Snickers--USYSA National Championships. Winners from Utah will advance to play in the Far West Regional Championship in June. The state champions from Utah will compete in the region tournament against the champions from thirteen other states. The winner will be crowned as Regional Champions. The regional champion will then compete in the grand finale of the tournament. This will be held in late July. Each of the four regional champions will play in a round robin format to decide the National Champion.

The 2003 Snickers State Cup Championships concluded on Memorial Day with the crowning of state champions in eleven age groups. Four other age groups, the boys U15-U18, competed in State Cup competition last October 2002. The champions from last fall and this spring, plus two wild-card teams, will represent Utah at the Far West Regionals in Oahu, Hawaii on June 22-28. Continue...
