Utah Women's Soccer Team Party Fundraiser

The U of U Women’s Soccer team is hosting an exciting event on Thursday, April 5.  We will be having a “Soccer Celebration Dinner” with our team and the Rimandos!

Real Salt Lake goalkeeper Nick Rimando and his wife, Jacqui, will be featured guests at the dinner, which will also include appearances by Ute soccer coaches and players.

We’d like to invite you to a fun night of soccer fun and camaraderie.  The dinner is also aimed at raising awareness for soccer and women’s soccer in the community.  And the funds raised will go toward our Utah Women’s Soccer program, helping to pay for things such as soccer equipment, rehab and therapy equipment for injured players, facilities and locker room upgrades and more.

Please come join us for some fun and support the program!

Here is the information on the dinner event:
Nick Rimando is the starting goalkeeper for Real Salt Lake. He helped them to the MLS Cup in 2009. Nick won a MLS Cup on 2004 with DC United. He also has played six times for the U.S. Men's National Team.

Jacqui Little Rimando was an all-American with Santa Clara in 1999, leading the Broncos to four straight NCAA College Cup semi-finals. Jacqui also won two WUSA championships as a member of the Bay Area CyberRays (2001) and the Washington Freedom (2003).

The evening will feature a reception at 6:30 p.m., with dinner beginning at 7:00 p.m. There will be a raffle and silent auction as well.

Tickets for the event are $75 for an adult ticket or $675 for a table of ten. $45 for a youth ticket (high school and younger) and $450 for a youth or team table.
