USYS has announced a new protection policy for referees that will go into effect March 1, 2025.

Fees are dependent upon the number of games in your division and the age of your
team.

Medals/Missing Referees
Spring 2025 League Medals
Medals will be available for pick up towards the end of May.
Medal pick up is first come first serve.
- Only teams who have all their scores entered, games played, and in the proper standing of their division are eligible for medals.
- Order limit is roster maximum and two coaches.
- U9-U11 teams in the No Scores No Standings league are not eligible for medals
- U12-U14 medals are available for first and second place teams only
- U15-&up medals are available for first place teams only
Missing Referees
- This request is for teams who did not have a full referee crew at a league game and paid their referee fees individually to the state office.
- Click here to request a refund for missing referees (end of season).
