
CERTIFIED REGISTRARS
Utah Soccer Federation’s Certified League Registrars are independent contractors who work directly with Organizational Members that hire them for their services. Each registrar goes through a certification process by the state and must pass a re-certification test each year in order to remain certified.

Interested in becoming a Certified League Registrar of Utah Soccer?
- Registrar training is offered to qualified applicants each January and February in preparation for the upcoming seasonal year.
- For example, applicants who complete training in January or February 2027 will receive certification for the Fall 2027/Spring 2028 seasonal year.
- Training Requirements:
- Training is roughly 3 hours total.
- Training is conducted entirely online.
- Following the training, candidates must successfully complete a certification test.
- Candidates must also pay the applicable certification fee.
- Who Is Eligible?
- To qualify for registrar training and certification, applicants must have a contract with an approved organizational member of Utah Soccer Federation that is in good standing.
- We do not provide registrar training or certification for independent teams or clubs that are not affiliated with an approved organizational member.
