Jeremy has worked to create and maintain a high-quality Sports Medicine program for the local high schools and assist in the partnership Intermountain has with Utah State University, as well as many local youth and recreational programs. With a versatile portfolio, Jeremy provides services to many local schools and programs like UYSA.

Northern Utah
After playing college soccer at Western Nebraska Community College for two years, Bailee returned to Utah to finish her education at the University of Utah with a degree in Kinesiology and furthered her education at Weber State University by earning a Master of Athletic Training (MAT). She is excited to be a part of UYSA because it allows her to participate in the sport she loves, while also doing what she loves: helping athletes be at their best!

Salt Lake County
Erin assists our Laurie Evans – who many of you know and love – and continues to enhance our partnership by socializing the available services to UYSA athletes. Before her career began at Intermountain, she worked with track and field at Washington State University, women’s soccer at UW-LaCrosse, East High School (in SLC), the Utah Royals, Washington Spirit, and men’s and women’s soccer at UW-Madison.

Park City
Chris delivers high-quality athletic training services through sound principles and implementation of the latest best practices in athletic training and sports medicine. Areas of practice include injury mitigation, sport emergency care, injury evaluation, rehabilitation, and reconditioning of injuries and health promotion for a lifetime of sport. His education includes a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology – Athletic Training from SanDiego State University in 1999 and a Masters of Science in Athletic Training from Indiana University in 2001

Dynna received her bachelors degree from the University of Utah in Sports Medicine, emphasizing in Athletic Training with a minor in Sports Nutrition. She began her career at South Summit High School in 2010 and moved to Wasatch High School in 2021. Dynna works closely with Intermountain’s nutrition team and can help in the building and maintaining of healthy eating designed for a student athlete’s specific needs including pre/post meals and snacks as well as fueling during competition.

Clint is passionate about providing exceptional care for UYSA athletes. In addition to working alongside UYSA’s amazing team of athletic trainers, and providing exceptional care, he also works as the Athletic Training Outreach Coordinator for Utah County. Before his career at Intermountain, he worked as a graduate assistant for BYU Football.

Melissa grew up in Cedar City and graduated from Southern Utah University with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training. After graduation, she earned her master’s degree from New Mexico State University in Education. Prior to joining Intermountain in 2014, she worked as an athletic trainer at New Mexico State University, worked as clinic coordinator at SUU as well as assistant athletic trainer at SUU. Melissa loves athletic training and helping others get back to their full athletic potential.

Angie’s eager to help enhance our partnership with UYSA by providing a reliable point of contact for athletes in the St. George/Southern Utah region. Prior to Intermountain, she graduated from BYU in Spring 2022 with her master’s in athletic training. She’s a recent grad with fresh ideas and a passion for athletic training.
